1). Filosofi “Customer First”

a. Setiap karyawan AEON Mall wajib mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan.

b. Pelanggan diperlakukan dengan hormat, ramah, dan penuh perhatian.


2). Standar Sikap & Penampilan

a. Berpakaian rapi sesuai aturan seragam perusahaan.

b. Senyum, salam, dan sapa (“3S”) wajib dilakukan kepada setiap pelanggan.

c. Menunjukkan bahasa tubuh positif: tegap, kontak mata sopan, tidak menyilangkan tangan.

3). Pelayanan Dasar

a. Membantu pelanggan menemukan tenant, produk, atau layanan di mall.

b. Menjawab pertanyaan dengan jelas dan sopan.

c. Mengarahkan pelanggan ke Customer Service Desk untuk kebutuhan khusus (lost & found, membership, informasi event).
